Marriage agreement of Baygum Agha Numrah-chi and ʻAli Shafiʻi, 1938
Marriage agreement of Baygum Agha Numrah-chi, daughter of Mashhadi Rajab ʻAli son of Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, and ʻAli Shafiʻi, son of Mashhadi Husayn from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-twelfth of a house in the Shamsabad neighborhood of Khuzan, six acres of land, and sixteen tumans to buy gold and earrings. Additionally, fifteen tumans will be paid for [wedding] expenses, rugs, and two sets of proper women’s clothes.
