Marriage agreement of Fatimah Baygum and Mashhadi ʻAli, 1930
Marriage agreement of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Mashhadi Murtaza son of the late ʻAbd Allah from Khuzan, and Mashhadi ʻAli, son of the late Nazar ʻAli from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-fourth of a house in the Sixth Bustan neighborhood of Khuzan, half of an acre of land, fifty tumans to buy land for the bride, and three misqals [unit of weight] of gold worth eight tumans. Additionally, ten tumans will be paid for the bridal gift, one set of women’s clothes, and two mans [unit of weight] of cotton wool.
