Settlement between Aqa Baygum, daughter of Haj Muhammad Javad from Isfahan and wife of Haj Muhammad Sadiq from Dastjird, and her two sons, Muhammad Hadi Arbab and Muhammad Shafi‘, exchanging four-and-one-half acres of a property in Dastjird, which she inherited from her son, Hasan ‘Ali, for one hundred dinars. Aqa Baygum also settles her mahr with the mentioned sons for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy. They agree that if Aqa Baygum passes away, the mahr should be spent on: the Fatihah, ten years of fasting and prayer, the Imam’s share being given to Shaykh Ahmad, tithing to Sayyid Hasan and Sayyid Husayn, and paying ‘Abd al-Rahim Shirazi for recitation of the Qur’an. They agree to pay two hundred and twelve tumans to the young child of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi and to bury Aqa Baygum in Takht-i Fulad next to her mother. The sons also have the authority to spend their mother’s inheritance from their father in any way they choose. Aqa Baygum settles with her daughters, Fatimah Sultan and Guhar Sultan, as well, exchanging her jewelry and clothes for ten loads of wheat/grain from Dastjird.
