Settlement between Nazi Khanum and her brother ʻAli, 1914
Settlement between Nazi Khanum, daughter of the late Mashhadi Muhammad and wife of Mirza Muhammad from Alvar of Bidabad, and her paternal brother, ʻAli, exchanging fifty mans [unit of weight] of wheat and her claims to the inheritance from her father, mother, and their deceased sister, Husna Jan, for one hundred dinars and ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy from Isfahan. Additionally, it is confirmed that the half-acre of land in the Alvar neighborhood, which is a part of a garden known as the Hindi-ha [Indians] Garden, is Nazi Khanum’s inheritance from her mother and belongs to her.
