Three settlements, the list of funeral and burial costs, and the list of what the late Ghulam Husayn left to Mulla Ibrahim. The settlements are: 1. Settlement between Umm Nisa’, daughter of Karbalayi Baqir and wife of the late Ghulam Husayn, and Mulla Ibrahim, over five tumans of her mahr, with the condition that it be spent also on the funeral and burial costs for the late Ghulam Husayn. Aqa ‘Ali, son of the late Ghulam Husayn, should also spend three tumans for ta‘ziyah. 2. Settlement between Khanum Jan, daughter of [illegible] and wife of the late Ghulam Husayn, and Mulla Ibrahim, over one tuman of her mahr and one-twelfth of the late Ghulam Husayn’s building, with the condition that it be spent also on the funeral and burial costs for the late Ghulam Husayn. 3. Settlement between Khanum Jan and Mulla Ibrahim, over what she inherited from the late Ghulam Husayn’s garden with the condition that it be spent also on fasting and prayer costs on behalf of the late Ghulam Husayn. The list of funeral and burial costs includes: the costs of the burial day, the costs of the seventh day after burial, and the costs of the first ʻid after the funeral.
