Settlement between Zivar Khanum and Mirza ‘Ali Akbar, 1898
Zivar Khanum [Zivar Sultan], the daughter of the late Nayib Quli has sold her inherited property, two-sixths of a house, located in the Sangilaj neighborhood of Tehran, close to Qavam al-Dawlah’s house, to Aqa Mirza ‘Ali Akbar for one hundred tumans, according to a separate settlement. Ten tumans of that amount has been settled and, according to the current settlement, Mirza ‘Ali Akbar paid the remaining ninety tumans to Zivar Khanum.
