Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli’s children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.
