Settlement between Khanum Bala and Habib Allah Khan, 1928
Settlement between Khanum Bala, the daughter of the late Nayib Quli Kani, and her nephew Habib Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad, regarding her inherited property in the farmland of Vusk in the village of Kan, which includes trees, farming areas, and a qanat, for two years in exchange for seventy tumans. Thirty five tumans has been paid and the rest will be paid in the September of the following year. The contract includes a revocation clause and names Habib Allah Khan as the responsible party for land’s preparation, irrigation, and taxation unless there are additional costs regarding the qanat, in which case the owner, Khanum Bala is responsible.
