Settlement between Mansurah Buluri and Habib Allah Vaziri, 1947
Settlement between Mansurah Buluri Tafrishi, the daughter of Mahdi, and her husband, Habib Allah Vaziri, the son of Muhammad, regarding Mansurah’s mahr. In their marriage contract, Mansurah’s mahr was eight thousand rials and a later contract added fifty two thousand to the mahr, yielding a total of sixty thousand rials. Based on this settlement, Habib Allah transfers his share of the inheritance from his father, worth fifty nine thousand, four hundred and eighteen rials, to Mansurah Khanum for her mahr. Habib Allah’s share includes the following: part of a house in Tehran, part of an orchard in the village of Kan, a piece of land in Kan, and a share of water usage from Vanak qanat.
