Division of Inheritance
ʻAbd al-Husayn Ikram Khalvat, Haji Mahdiquli Khan Iʻzam Lashgar, ʻAliquli Khan, and Rajabʻali Khan, sons of the deceased Lutfʻali Khan Mir Panjah, his wife, Nazi Khanum, and his daughters, Rubabah Khanum and Zarrin Taj Khanum, have reached an agreement on the division of the inheritance: Nazi Khanum confirms that she has received her full share of the inheritance, including her mahr and dowry, and has no more claim on the other inheritors, except her share of the built houses and the building of the deceased Mir Panjah, and her share of what was owed to Mir Panjah by Sardar Mukri (which is 500 tumans; the rest of this receivable is 300 tumans for Ikram Khalvat and 700 tumans for Haj Iʻzam); Nazi Khanum then settles her share of all the buildings with the four sons for 448 tumans and 1250 dinars. Rubabah Khanum settles all of her share to ʻAliquli Khan and Rajabʻali Khan for 600 tumans and 2000 [dinars], and Zarrin Taj Khanum settles her share with her two brothers, Ikram and Haj Iʻzam for 600 tumans. After these settlements, the brothers divided the buildings among themselves.
