Kawkab al-Sadat's sale settlement, 1926
Muhammad Khan sells some properties (two-ninths of four-sixths of the shared ownership of Gavahir village in Dihkhavariqan, with all of its land and the mill, plus two-ninths of four-sixths of Quzay farm and two-ninths of two-sixths of Musa Bulaghi farm) to his sister, Kawkab Khanum, for 1000 tumans. On the margin, Muhammad Khan confirms his receipt of the settled money; both he and Muhammad Baqir Khan (son of Kawkab Khanum) have confirmed that Quzay Dih is not an independent village and is part of Gavahir. Therefore, if two-ninths of four-sixths of Gavahir is settled, the same ratio applies to Quzay Dih. Dated September 15, 1926.
