Dividing the inheritance of Muhammad, 1921
Since he had not left any will, after Muhammad’s death, his belongings were divided among the inheritors: Ma‘sumah Khanum (his wife), Ana Khanum (his daughter), and Nur Allah and Ahmad (his underage children). It is noted that after receiving her share, Ma‘sumah Khanum loses any claim to her mahr and can separate her share after four years.
