The first settlement, between ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar and his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, exchanges properties, some of which belong to the mother of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar, for six mans [each man equals three kilograms] of wheat and 12000 dinars. These properties include some farms and what ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar owns from the mills, garden, pastures etc. in the village of Chahar Charik. It was also settled that for thrity years from the time of the contract up, all the profits from the three villages mentioned will accrue to ʻAli Aqa Yavar Khan and, after his death, to his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan. Dated August 10, 1914. In the second settlement, Haji ʻAli Aqa, the son of Haji Muhammad Baqir Sultan, settles some properties in Adinah Masjid Sufla village, including: a mill, some properties in Adinah Masjid ʻUlya village, a mansion, and its household furnishings, to his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, for 100 dinars, on March 11, 1918. The third settlement is between Muhammad Nabi and Jaʻfar Quli Khan and Haydar Quli Khan, the sons of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar Sarbandi. The document reads, in part: “Muhammad Nabi, the son of Riza Chahar Chariki, settled water use and a property called ‘Sakkiz Tuman’ from the farms in Chahar Charik village with Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, the sons of Haji ʻAli Khan Yavar Sarbandi, for 150 tumans. The mother of the two sons was present and signed the settlement and received the settled money, September 27, 1920.”
