My dear Orol:

Rizwan greetings to you and kindly extend to all the friends – I had three lovely calls this morning before 7:30, all Zoroastrians, one a woman recently arrived from Yezd; a young Yezd boy, who recently returned from Haifa, and Mollah Bahram, one of the devoted elderly Bahais. I had just breakfasted in bed, but early in the morn I was in the Rizwan garden in Baghdad in my thoughts.

I sent a copy of letters of The Guardian, and Sohiel, to [page 2, image 116] Beatrice Irwin, - blessed and important news - she will take it to the Assembly and I mentioned you & Shahnaz and Tillie, with greetings to all others.

There will be a grand gathering of the Bahais of Teheran today at the “Hazrat ol Ghuds,” (Holy Place) recently purchased them, where the Mashrak ol Adhkar will be built.

I have had severe colds and my general strength will not admit of my joining the friends today. Miss Sharp has a bad cold and quite feverish yesterday. All due to weather.
