This stipend is for the months of Rajab, Sha‘ban, and Ramazan in 1900-1901 and, reads, in part: “Received by Nasir al-Tawliyah and given to the Jadid al-Islam [recently converted to Islam] Russian woman and her children for the month of Rajab 1318 AH [25 October to 23 November 1900]; 2000 dinars in cash and 30 mans [each man is three kilograms] of bread.” “Received by Nasir al-Tawliyah and given to the Jadid al-Islam [recently converted to Islam] Russian woman and her children for the month of Shaʻban 1318 AH [24 November to 22 December 1900]; 2000 dinars in cash and 30 mans [each man is three kilograms] of bread.” “Received by Nasir al-Tawliyah and given to the Jadid al-Islam [recently converted to Islam] Russian woman and her children for the month of Ramazan 1318 AH [23 December 1900 to 21 January 1901]: two tumans and 5000 dinars in cash and 30 mans [each man is three kilograms] of bread.”
