Stipend of Mulla ʻAbd al-Latif's wife, 1887
Haji Mulla Muhammad ʻAli the treasurer received 15 mans [each man is three kilograms] of bread for the stipend of the disabled wife of the deceased Mulla ʻAbd al-Latif, the disabled man from Herat. [on margin:] “The treasurer should pay the stipend, the financial draft was issued.”
