Dividing properties of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk among his inheritors, 1909
This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk’s properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan’s death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib. On 13 November 1909, all the inheritors of Amin al-Mulk along with Sayyid Habib Allah (on behalf of Khazin al-Huzur and Galin Khanum) divided the properties among themselves. The whole qanat, park and its vicinity, and half of another qanat in Karaj were divided among the inheritors. After a while, Aqa Musa and Sayyid Habib Allah divided 5 pieces of Amin al-Mulk’s park among inheritors by drawing lots. Then, a settlement was formed between Musa Khan and Haji Khazin al-Huzur and his sister on two pieces of lands.
