Dividing the ownership rights of a building among heirs of Haj Sadiq, 1859
The document reads, in part: ““Dividing the ownership of a building in the Labrud neighborhood, close to the Zaraghush river, among the heirs of Haj Sadiq (son of Aqa Muhsin), namely Aqa Mirza Husayn, Aqa Mirza Muhammad, and Sakinah Khanum (the daughter of Aqa Jaʻfar) as follows: the lady inherits two sixths of the building, which includes [?], the storage room and the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of a house, the stable, the hay storage space, the garden, the small pool, and the bathroom. Aqa Muhammad and his wife, Fatimah Khanum, inherit two sixths of the common space in the building, which includes a room on the west side with the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of the house, a stable and the hay storage room next to it, and half of the houses above that house, whose door is located in the open corridor. They also inherit a kitchen; an entrance; two sixths of a veranda; the garden, and the small pool; the bathroom; and the garden next to the garden of heirs of Aqa Ahmad. This garden is between this property and Aqa Husayn’s property and needs to be demarcated by stones and signs. This is five thirteenths of all the shares and the garden’s area is five qafiz, including its trees both with and without fruit next to Zaraghush river. The share of Aqa Mirza Husayn and his two wives, Shahrbanu Khanum and Narjis Khatun, and his daughter-in-law, Zaynab Khanum, includes two sixths of the common space, which is a room on the east side, the storage room and its Harzah-push, the sanctuary, and the outdoor area of […], dated March 19, 1859. The witnesses are: Aqa Baba, Aqa Razi (son of Aqa Qasim), and Aqa (the brother mentioned in the agreement)””.
