Marriage contract between Tarlan Khanum and Muhammad Baqir Khan Afshar, 1862
Marriage contract between Tarlan Khanum, the daughter of Haji ʻAbd al-Rahim, and Muhammad Baqir Khan Afshar, the son of Sarkhvush Khan, date June 23, 1862. The mahr includes part of the Kukah Kharaqan village in Qazvin, possession of which the bridegroom’s father transferred to the bridegroom, one hundred tumans, and two Abyssinian slaves, one male and one female, who were each valued at 25 tumans.
