Marriage contract between Bibi Baygum Khanum and Haji Baba, 1897
Marriage contract between Bibi Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid Riza, and Haji Baba, the son of Abu al-Hadi Nasr Abadi, dated October 25, 1897. The mahr is a mirror, 10 tumans for the price of a chest, some copperware, a carpet, some clothing, one sixth of a house, and an orchard. The bridegroom’s father gave the mahr (short five tumans) to the bride.
