Regarding the arrest of Shaykh ‘Abid Allah's sons, 1881

Includes a telegram by I‘timad al-Saltanah from Urumiyah to Amir Nizam, noting that a guard has been assigned to the residence of Shaykh ‘Abid Allah Nihri’s wife in order to find their hiding sons, Qadir and Sadiq; and a response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commanding negotiation with the Ottomans in order to punish the Shakkak clan and arrest Shaykh Qadir and Sadiq Aqa as their hiding place in the Ottoman territories has been identified. The writer speculates that Hamzah Aqa should be in the territories along with his family and clan, and considering that there are around one thousand families in the Mangur clan, the Ottomans should find and arrest him easily.
