Letter about a journey

The writer talks about the arrival of the Premier and sends her/his regards to the recipient via the Iranian ambassador in France. The writer describes her/his journey from Tehran, her/his stops in Hamadan and Kirmanshah due to illness, and his/her arrival in Baghdad. The writer describes her/his visit with the reader’s son, Ahmad Khan the Colonel, in Kirmanshah and how he had expressed disappointment over the delay in receiving his father’s letter. The writer suggests that such letters be delivered through the Iranian representatives in Baghdad. The author has also met Shahzadah Khanum. S/he then describes her/his journey to Karbalaʼ and Najaf and then to Istanbul and meeting the Sultan. At the end, s/he puts in a good word for her/his son, Shukr Allah, to the reader.
