Settlement of Muhammad Baqir, 1888
Mirza Muhammad Baqir had inherited the ownership of the village of Nawdah from Mirza Aqa Jan and had transferred parts of it to Sayyid Hashim and his brothers, sons of the late Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali Astanah. According to this contract, he is transferring parts of this property to Muhammad Amin Arbab and ‘Abd al-Baqi Arbab, sons of Muhammad Husayn Arbab Tihrani. Fatimah Layla Sultam, his wife, has confirmed and signed this transaction; written on the back: “Nawdah’s document”.
