Settlement between Sayyid Abu al-Fazl Khatib and Husni Baygum Khanum and Sayyid Taqi, 1890

Settlement between Mirza Sayyid Abu al-Fazl Khatib Bashi and his sister, Husni Baygum Khanum (wife of Mirza Shafi‘) and Sayyid Taqi the leather seller, regarding the inheritance of their late sister, Misri Baygum Khanum, wife of Sayyid Taqi. According to this settlement Sayyid Abu al-Fazl and Husni Baygum Khanum transfer all Misri Baygum Khanum’s property (including: her Mahr, her dowry, lands, shops, and caravansaries) to Sayyid Taqi. This also includes the properties that their late brother, Ahmad had inherited from her as well. According to this settlement, if any of the parties, in the future has a claim about the content of the agreement, he or she has to pay 200 tumans in advance and then proceed with his or her claim.
