Petition of the wife of Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, the gardener of Salar al-Saltanah

Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, the gardener of Salar al-Saltanah, passed away and Salar al-Saltanah was supposed to pay a stipend for his three under aged children, but had not paid anything at the time of writing. Mirza Muhammad ʻAli’s wife asked the police and was referred to the Ministry of Justice. They asked her to bring proof to confirm that she was the legal guardian of the children and Shaykh ʻAli Akbar, the prayer Imam, confirmed that she is their guardian. But the Ministry of Justice refused to help her. She asked the Majlis to help her with the case. The Majlis forwarded the petition to the Ministry of the Interior.
