According to Bahram Sheikholeslami, the letter was likely dictated by Rubabah Khanum and written in the hand of her son, Muhammad Riza Khan Tajbakhsh, whose seal is affixed on the envelope. Dimensions of envelope: 11.2 x 13.5 cm.
